We all know that it’s important to make sure you’re doing ok, but it’s gone way F*rther than just “drink water and eat regularly.” Now, taking care of yourself has become basically a full-time job, with all sorts of weird advice and cottage industries springing up to help you with your self-care regimen.
And, let’s be honest, some of us are better at it than others.
But no matter how good you are at self0care, it’s still a struggle. That’s why these tweets will make you say “YES!” to yourself.
