Back when I attended a “university model” high school, things were pretty strict. We only actually met three times per week, but those days off were not really days off. The homework was piled on, there were several papers a month to complete, and the academic standards were rigorous.
After going through all that, I expected college to be some next-level intensity. But I found something different.
Yes, college was a lot of work, especially when you’ve got a bunch of extracurriculars going, but the environment overall was FAR more chill. Which is the point that all these hilarious tweets are here to prove.

10. Strict & scary
They know how unfair the whole system is.
Why did high school teachers always make college professors sound so strict & scary when in reality they’re like, “What’s up, you can call me Andy, I illegally downloaded the text book if you need it & I also have a gambling problem.” Lmfaooo

If you’re headed to college, just know that while you WILL have to work hard, it’s gonna be a lot more fun.
