Self-care is a HOT topic this year (and for good reason) – it seems everyone practices it some way or another. From giving yourself a facial to taking a time-out from social media, the possibilities are endless, and you can make them as personal as you want, as long as you’re doing it!
According to Webster’s dictionary, the definition of self-care is “health care provided by oneself often without the consultation of a medical professional.” Pretty broad, right?
So how do you practice self-care? Watching Netflix? Eating a tub of ice cream? A long walk? My example of self-care is laughter. And here are some hilarious ways other people practice self-care and I hope you laugh about it.
