Alright, folks, it looks like we’re all gonna be stuck inside for the foreseeable future so we might as well get comfortable and do some binge-watching so we can all remain as safe as possible.

There are so many quality shows out there that it can be hard to narrow down what to watch. Luckily, people offered up a bunch of good shows for us to enjoy.

AskReddit users gave us some good recommendations.

1. World War II action.

Band of Brothers and The Pacific.”

2. Have you seen this one?

Gravity Falls.

I wish it didn’t fit within two weeks, but it’s gold.”

3. Settle in for some drama.

“I think I‘d go for an assortment of mini series, like The Bridge, Broadchurch, The Nightmanager.

These kind of things.”

4. A classic!

It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia.

14 series, 14 days. 1 per day!”

5. Sounds pretty good.

The Expanse.

It’s on prime and is basically Game of Thrones in space but the white walker storyline pays off.”

6. Two good ones.

Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul.”

7. Nerd alert!

Star Trek The Next Generation is available on Amazon for free for all Prime members.

All 7 seasons.”

8. It’ll keep you busy.

Stargate SG1, and spinoffs.

It’ll keep you busy.”

9. I have yet to see this one.

Firefly… So you can be done in 9 hours and cry the rest of the time.”

10. The Good Place.

“Recently started The Good Place, and it has quickly become one of my favorite shows ever.

Only four seasons, and 30-minute episodes, so should be doable in a short time.”

11. A great show.

“Just rewatched Mad Men.

Caught so much more the second time!”

12. Some good suggestions.

Scrubs

The Office

Parks and Rec

Futurama.”

13. Go your own way.

“Shows that don’t need your full attention:

Bob’s Burgers

Schitt’s Creek

Friday Night Lights

Show’s that do require your total attention:

The Americans

Better Call Saul

The Leftovers”

14. Binge-watching in the desert.

“When I was deployed in Iraq, there was a point at the end of the deployment where we just lived in a tent for like a week with literally nothing to do.

I watched Lost.”

15. I’ve heard good things…

“I beg you to watch Orphan Black.”

16. A timely show.

“How has no one said Battlestar Galactica? It’s like 5 seasons, 25 episodes/season and hour long episodes. You could watch 8/day and that would take you 15 days.

I even think there’s an episode or mini-story arc when the ship is under quarantine, so it’s be relevant too.”

17. You can make a drinking game out of it.

“Get hella drunk and marathon Forensic Files.

I travel a lot for work, and nothing passes hotel time quite like getting drunk and watching a bunch of Forensic Files.

You’ll thank me later.”

18. This is a cool show.

“I will always recommend Justified for something like this.

6 seasons 13 episodes of about 45 minutes each.

Great characters plots, and dialogue.”

19. Great choice.

True Detective, because I haven’t seen it mentioned yet. Anthology series, 8 episodes per season, three seasons so far.

Season 1 in particular is fantastic – seriously one of the best seasons of TV I have ever seen. Matthew McConaughey and Woody Harrelson are magnificent, the story is brilliantly paced and special mention to the directing from Cary Fukunaga (who also directed Beasts of No Nation and the forthcoming Bond movie) which is excellent throughout – that shot in particular, as anyone who has seen the show will appreciate…

Season 2 is…better on the rewatch. It’s still good, but the story is much more dense than Season 1, and not always to the benefit of the narrative. But when you watch it through a second time and have more time to notice the details it grows in stature. Vince Vaughn remains awful, I’m afraid.

Season 3 is, for the most part, a strong return to form. Mahershala Ali rightly earned lots of plaudits for his portrayal of a main character through three different timeframes, but special mention to Stephen Dorff and Scoot McNairy who both absolutely kill their respective roles too.”

20. It’s on my list.

The Americans is so superbly acted, it’s scary.

Matthew Rhys is a Welsh man playing a Russian man who is pretending to be American and he is flawless.”

If I had to recommend a couple of shows, I’d say Freaks and Geeks, Six Feet Under, and Mad Men.

Okay, now we want to hear from you! What are some other TV shows you think people should watch while we’re all stuck inside for a while?
