Living below really loud people is THE WORST. Come to think of it, living above loud people really sucks, too.
I lived above a guy in Chicago who constantly blasted the worst, God-awful techno music you could imagine all day and late into the night. Let’s just say I was very happy when I saw him moving his things out of the building…
