Having roommates can be tough. The good ones are few and far between, and even if you find one that you get along with, all of that can change if they start dating someone who just can’t fit in.
The original poster (OP) started to struggle with his roommate when his new girlfriend continually barged into his room without knocking – sometimes when he was naked in bed.
He asked her to stop, but when she didn’t, he decided to lay naked on top of the covers and give her a shock that would hopefully send the message.
It did, but now the roommate and girlfriend think he’s a creep (even though he’s gay).
What do you think? I personally think he’s NTA (Not the A**hole) because she was kind of asking for it and he didn’t hurt anything but her dignity.
I mean, he was in his own room…
You’re supposed to knock!
And who knows what this girl is up to…
A few think ESH (everyone sucks here)…
Intentions are real, though…
And maybe this wasn’t the best plan…
I couldn’t find anyone willing to say OP is TA (the a**hole) here, so that’s one for the books!
Where do you fall? Do you think he should have just blocked his door (since locks weren’t allowed)? How else could he have so effectively dealt with the issue?
I’m all ears!
