Being pregnant is rough, but having an understanding and supportive partner can go a long way toward mitigating the hard parts of the experience.
Which isn’t exactly this poor woman’s experience.
She’s getting more pregnant by the day, and her husband has agreed to be a part of a good friend’s bridal party toward the end of her term – which would be fine, of course, except that he wants to go to an out-of-town bachelor party just a few weeks before her due date.
Aside: the husband is known for letting his phone die, not responding to texts, and enjoying drinking and smoking weed when he’s with his friends.
His wife is even willing to compromise – if he promises not to drink and to keep his phone charged and on him, then she’s okay with the trip – but he’s not willing to do that, either.
I think it’s fair to say that we know who the a**hole is here, but check out some of the replies, anyway.
How can this guy even begin to think this is okay?
This guy is REALLY dumb.
He should, at the very least, make sure he’s available.
But some people think there are NAH (no a**holes here), oddly enough.
I think it’s also fair to say that this man is not ready to be a father.
Though I guess it’s a bit too late, now.
